It is GRILLING time!August 15, 2023
The World Wagyu Tour was last month, and I (Courtney) was privileged to spend a week with Wagyu producers from all over the world! We had such a great time learning, networking, and of course eating Wagyu beef!
Our fullblood Wagyu beef was featured at the tasting event before we parted. Chef Michael Scott prepared a “top sirloin Wagyu beef satay”. It was excellent and we are blessed to be raising these special cattle.
