Meet the Owners
Clem and Courtney Kuns founded Prime Valley Farms in 2012 with Clem’s parents, Steve and Juanita. We (Clem and Court) are blessed with three children—Cohen, Claire, and Carver—who love working on the farm each day just as much as we do.
We strive to emulate the expert Japanese farmers of the past in everything we do, from our management practices to our genetic progress. Doing so allows us to offer you an amazing Wagyu experience.
Nutrition
We know you care about where your beef is coming from. And, believe in raising Wagyu cattle without steroids, growth hormones, or unnecessary antibiotics. We feed our Wagyu with a traditional Japanese feeding regimen so we can produce the healthiest beef for your family, high-end restaurant, or artisan butcher shop.
The Japanese farmers (of both the past and present) that we admire and emulate also use this feeding regimen, and we view them as a reliable source when determining how we can best care for our Wagyu.
How We Can Help You
Whether you’re feeding family or customers, we know you want them to have healthy, high-quality beef. Our Wagyu can give them just that!
We provide 100% fullblood Wagyu beef for families, as well as wholesale beef for chefs, butchers, and restaurant owners. If you’re a breeder, we offer semen, embryos, cows, and bulls so you can improve your own breed’s quality. You can also visit our blog to see our cattle.
