We’re happy to help you provide consistent quality for your customers with our wholesale Wagyu beef. We don’t crossbreed any of our cattle, because we want to make sure that every bit of meat we give you is 100% fullblood Japanese Black Wagyu.
With a healthy diet, and without hormones or unnecessary antibiotics, our Wagyu are ready to satisfy any customer’s craving for premium, elegant beef.
Marbling and Tenderness
We understand that consistency in the marbling and tenderness of your meat matters to you. The flavor and exact size of our beef cuts will vary because every Wagyu is different, but we focus so much on marbling so that your customers can expect a delicious cut every time.
Our Wagyu beef ranges from 28-40% intramuscular fat (IMF), which is far above the 10-12% IMF of USDA prime beef. This intense marbling adds a sweet, earthy flavor to the already tender meat.
In addition, we allow our Wagyu to grow for twice as long as other cattle so that they’ll produce even bigger cuts of meat. Then, you’ll be able to maximize the amount of tender, buttery meat you can offer your customers with each cut.
